Simple Cauliflower Spinach Mash

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon Bragg's Liquid Amino's or low sodium Tamari (Optional)
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 clove Garlic (or a sprinkle of garlic powder)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy, almond or hemp milk
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast per Serving

Directions

    Steam Cauliflower lightly (al dente)and add to the Food Processor (Use S Blade). Blend for 2-3 minutes until mashed. Add the remaining ingredients to the Food Processor with the exception of the Nutritional Yeast. Blend until it is a nice fresh green color.

    Serve immediately while hot. Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast sparingly on top of each serving for a nice cheesy flavor. Garnish with a spinach leaf.
