  • 1 qt. yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 qt. fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 each red peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1-1/3 cups green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Saute squash, broccoli and red peppers in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender.
