- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- baby packaged fresh carrots
- brussel sprouts
- broccoli
- cauliflower
- zucchini
- yellow squash
Directions

1Place vegetables in a pan with the water and vinegar.

2Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cover.

3Cook 10 minutes. Remove lid and turn heat up and allow liquid to reduce and glaze the vegetables.
