- 2 cans condensed milk
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 4 slices toasted bread
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. Velveeta
Directions

1Boil cabbage in a large pot until tender.

2In another pan, saute onions, garlic, celery and bell pepper in the butter and cooking oil.

3Toast the 4 slices of bread and soak in the condensed milk.

4When the cabbage is boiled, drain.

5Add the ingredients to the cabbage, including the oil and butter; mix. Chop up the bread and add to the

6mixture.

7Add the cheese and stir until melted.

8Put in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs.

9Bake in oven at 400° until brown.
