- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom or cream of broccoli
- chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Meanwhile in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish, arrange chicken, skin side up. Drizzle with margarine. Bake 40 minutes. Spoon soup over chicken. Bake 20 minutes more or until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

3Transfer chicken to platter. Stir sauce.

4Spoon sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley.
