- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- 4 1/2 tsp. McKays
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Shape all into loaf.

2Place in buttered loaf pan.

3Pour 1 cup vegetable stock (1 cup McKays broth, 1 teaspoon McKays, plus 1 cup water) over roast.

4Lay 2 bay leaves on top.

5Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
