  • 3 c. ground gluten
  • 1 c. ground walnuts, cashews or pecans
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 4 1/2 tsp. McKays
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 bay leaves

Directions

    Shape all into loaf.

    Place in buttered loaf pan.

    Pour 1 cup vegetable stock (1 cup McKays broth, 1 teaspoon McKays, plus 1 cup water) over roast.

    Lay 2 bay leaves on top.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
