Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Potato Buds
  • 1 egg
  • sprinkle Parmesan grating cheese
  • 2 c. flour

Directions

    Heat first four ingredients to boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Stir in Potato Buds, whipping with fork.

    Cool.

    Add egg, cheese and flour.

    Mix and knead well.

    If dough is sticky add a handful of flour and work dough.

    Roll and cut on floured board to desired size.
