Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup mashed potatoe
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

    mix all together to form dough

    add more flour if wet or dash of milk if dry

    roll into a long sausage about 1 inch thick
  4. 4
    cut into inch squares and mark with fork
  5. 5
    put a large pan of salted hot water on to boil
  6. 6
    add gnocchi.

    they will take about 3-5 mins.... until they are floating
  8. 8
    serve with your favourite pasta sauce
