- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, quartered
- 3 1/2 tsp. flour
- 2 lb. gnocchi
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Romano cheese
Directions

1Saute garlic in butter; remove garlic.

2Blend in flour and salt and cook mixture on low heat until smooth and bubbly.

3Remove from heat and slowly stir in broth and half and half.

4Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly.

5Serve over gnocchi which have been cooked according to package directions.

6Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
