  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 small green chilies (Thai or Indian)
  • 5-6 large kalamata olives
  • 2 oz. feta cheese
  • 3 Tbs. almond meal

    Cover goji berries in water, and microwave 1 to 2 minutes to soften.

    Drain.

    Blend goji berries with remaining ingredients in food processor to create coarse paste.

    Serve on toast.
