- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- salt to taste
Directions

1Melt butter; pour in casserole.

2Pour potatoes over butter; add onions.

3Mix sour cream, cheese and soup and spoon over potatoes.

4Sprinkle with crushed cereal or cracker crumbs.
