- 2 qt. popped corn
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Pop the popcorn as directed, omitting butter and salt.

2Pour into large, greased baking pan.

3Melt butter in saucepan.

4Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt.

5Bring to boil; boil 5 minutes, without stirring.

6Remove from heat.

7Stir in vanilla.

8Pour syrup over corn, tossing to coat evenly.

9Heat in 250° oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

10Cool corn.

11It becomes crisp.
