  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced, cooked and pureed
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
