- 4 to 6 carrots
- 1/3 c. butter
Directions

1Scrape carrots, then slice carrots in about 1/4-inch slices. Put butter in saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Place carrots in saucepan with butter.

3Put cover on saucepan and boil four minutes. Shut off heat and let stand with cover on saucepan for about 20 to 25 minutes.

4(Carrots will be soft and delicious.)
