  • 1 chicken
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 c. butter

    Boil chicken and debone.

    Cut into small pieces.

    Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
