  • 2 c. drained whole kernel corn, canned or cooked frozen or fresh
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Heat oven to 350° (moderate).

    Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish, set in pan of hot water 1 inch deep.

    Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until silver knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
