- 2 12 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut up, divided
- 1 ounce kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy.

2Stir in 1/2 of the velveeta.

3Spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated.

5Top with remaining velveeta.

6Bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt.
