Golden Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 12 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut up, divided
  • 1 ounce kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy.

    Stir in 1/2 of the velveeta.

    Spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated.

    Top with remaining velveeta.

    Bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt.
