Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. corn meal
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric (gives that golden color; optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or olive oil

Directions

    Trim off all the fat from the chicken and cut into large chunks.

    Mix dry ingredients and coat the chicken.

    Put in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

    Put the 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and heat.

    Saute the chicken and serve.
