- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat eggs.

2Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla.

3Blend well. Stir in pecans.

4Pour into pie shell.

5Bake 15 minutes at 425° and then reduce to 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until done.

6I check with a toothpick in center.
