Golden Pecan Pie

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, syrup, butter and vanilla.

    Blend well. Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425° and then reduce to 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until done.

    I check with a toothpick in center.
