  • 1 Pkg. (10 oz) Saffron Yellow Rice Mix
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 cans (8 oz. each) Mexican corn, drained
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of celery soup
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.

    Add margarine, stir until melted.

    Add corn and soup. Put in greased 4- qt. casserole dish.

    Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
