- 1 Pkg. (10 oz) Saffron Yellow Rice Mix
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) Mexican corn, drained
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of celery soup
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.

3Add margarine, stir until melted.

4Add corn and soup. Put in greased 4- qt. casserole dish.

5Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
