"Golf Ball Cookie"

  • 2 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. peanut butter (smooth)
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans (fine)
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (6 oz.) chocolate bits
  • 1/2 block paraffin

Directions

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, pecans, sugar, margarine and salt.

    Roll into 1-inch balls.

    Melt chocolate and paraffin over hot water.

    Coat entire ball by dipping it into chocolate mixture, using tongs or candy dipper.

    Place on wax paper to harden.

    Can put decorations (sprinkles) on top before they harden.
