Ingredients
- 8 oz dashi
- 4 oz ground sesame
- 1 oz miso
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1/2 oz sesame oil
- 1/4 oz soy sauce
- 1-2 lb vegetables
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the vegetables together.

2Dashi means stock.

3We use kelp stock.

4You can use instant dashi powder and water.

5Cut the vegetables into the sizes you like.

6And cook them: Drop the vegetable into boiling water for 30-40 seconds if it's green vegetable like spinach or kale, or longer until it gets soft if it's root vegetables.

7Strain the water carefully and drop the vegetable into cold water.

8Squeeze the extra water.

9Put the sauce on.

10We have used spinach, chard, kale, cirantro, celery, summer squash, green onion, beet tops, carrots and potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower...etc...etc.

11Works with most of the vegetable.
