- 1 large pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 c. diced walnuts
- vanilla wafer crumbs
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Lightly butter bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan and cover with vanilla wafer crumbs.

2Mix raspberry jello with boiling water. Add vanilla ice cream.

3Stir until ice cream is melted.

4Add crushed pineapple and diced walnuts.

5Pour into pan.

6Cover top with more wafer crumbs.

7Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
