  • 18 c. apples
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Quarter and core apples; cook with peelings until done.

    Run through sieve.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Cook all for 30 minutes.

    Put in hot jars and seal.
