- 1 1/2 lb. chuck roast, cut into bite size chunks
- 1 c. celery, cut into chunks
- 4 carrots, chunked
- 2 to 3 medium potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 3 generous splashes Worcestershire sauce
- dash of oregano (optional)
Directions

1In baking dish with tight fitting lid, combine all of the ingredients.

2Do not brown the meat.

4Bake at 250° for 5 to 6 hours.
