- 8 slices bread, crumbled
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 lb. sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan, layer the bread, cheese and sausage.

2Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard together.

3Pour over layered ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

4Next morning, mix mushroom soup with milk.

5Pour over the refrigerated mixture. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
