- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 2 eggs
- 3 to 4 c. mixture (raisins, walnuts, carob or chocolate chips)
Directions

1Cream butter, honey and eggs in a separate bowl.

2Blend dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture.

3Blend and add raisins, nuts etc.

4Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Flatten cookies if necessary.
