  • 3/4 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can chicken broth

Directions

    Saute onions in butter until golden and limp.

    Add rice and saute until golden.

    Pour in cans of broth and mix well.

    Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed (microwave approximately 15 minutes).
