- 3/4 stick butter or oleo
- 1 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. regular rice
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can chicken broth
Directions

1Saute onions in butter until golden and limp.

2Add rice and saute until golden.

3Pour in cans of broth and mix well.

4Bake in a 2-quart casserole at 350° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed (microwave approximately 15 minutes).
