Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 lb. elbow or shell noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato sauce can water
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 6 to 8 sticks celery, sliced
  • 3/4 c. catsup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lawry's seasoned salt
  • garlic salt or powder

Directions

    Brown meat and onions; drain.

    Cook noodles separately; drain and set aside.

    Combine meat and rest of ingredients, except noodles.

    Simmer until celery is tender (about 20 to 30 minutes). Add noodles; mix well.
