- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like EAS brand)
- 5-6 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 container vanilla sugar free, fat free yogurt
- 5 oz. ice, crushed
Directions

1In blender begin with crushed ice and orange juice.

2Slowly add 1/2 container of yogurt, then one scoop of protein powder. Mix until well blended.

3Add 5 to 6 strawberries and 1/2 banana. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well blended and frothy. Spoon into cup.

4Serve with straw and enjoy.
