   Mix together cake mix, butter and egg.

   Spread out in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix together sugar, eggs and cream cheese.

   Spread over first mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

   Cool and cut in squares.

   Do not grease pan.
