Directions

   Mix cake mix, egg and butter.

   Pat mixture in bottom of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix cream cheese, eggs and powdered sugar together.

   Spread over other mixture in pan.

   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
