Directions

   Combine cake mix, butter and egg; pat into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Combine the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and eggs.

   Beat for 3 minutes.

   Pour over cake mixture; bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

   Cool; cut into squares.
