  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix together cake mix, egg, margarine and vanilla.
  2. 2
    Press into large 10 x 15-inch pan.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle nuts over the mixture (optional).
  4. 4
    Cream together the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and eggs.
  5. 5
    Put on top of mixture.
  6. 6
    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.
  7. 7
    Try with other cake mixes.
