Goofey Bars

Directions

   Mix together cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg.

   Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle nuts over top.

   Mix together the cream cheese, sugar and 2 eggs.

   Spread over top of nuts.

   Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

   Cool; cut into squares.
