  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 boxes long grain wild rice (not quick cooking)
