Zippy Deviled Eggs

  • 12 large eggs, hard-cooked and shelled
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • few drops or to taste Tabasco sauce

Directions

    Halve eggs and remove yolks.

    In a large bowl, break up eggs with a fork.

    Using a hand mixer, blend in mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, salt and Tabasco until smooth.

    Fill egg whites with mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate.
