Gordon'S Hot Peach Pie

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/3 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    First mix well the sugar and flour together in bowl, then adding only juice from peaches mix well together with sugar and flour mixture. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a 10-inch baking dish. Pour into cooking dish, the peach mixture.

    Crumble Ritz crackers on top of the peach mixture. Melt 1 stick butter and slowly drizzle over crumble Ritz crackers used as topping for the peach pie. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve hot or can be served cold. Delicious! Try it.
