- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 (7 ounce) balls Gouda cheese, wax removed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions

1In a bowl, mix the sour cream, butter, and flour.

2Divide into two equal portions, cover, and refrigerate 2 hours.

3Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

4Roll out the dough portions on a flat surface.

5Place a gouda ball in the center of each portion, and wrap.

6Roll wrapped balls in the cumin.

7Place on a baking sheet.

8Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until lightly browned.
