- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic (if desired)
- 2 c. uncooked macaroni
- 1 qt. tomatoes
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.

2Add ground beef; lightly brown.

3Add salt, pepper, garlic, tomatoes and macaroni. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

4Add water if necessary.
