- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small mango, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 can carrots (save water)
- 1 can peas (save water)
- 6 oz. noodles, cooked (save water)
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Brown ground chuck, onion and mango.

2Drain some of the fat off.

3Save some fat to add to flour.

4This will make a gravy in this recipe.

5After adding flour to hamburger mixture and browning it, add your salt, garlic, carrots, peas, noodles and water. Simmer about 25 minutes on medium heat.

6Stir often.
