  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • garlic salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/2 box macaroni

Directions

    In a large skillet, brown together the ground beef and onion. Season with garlic salt, pepper and chili powder.

    Add tomatoes. Cook the macaroni in salt water until tender.

    Drain and add to meat mixture; simmer on low for 15 minutes.

    Pour into individual bowls.

    Serve with cornbread or crackers.
