- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. thawed hash browns
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage in skillet until brown and drain.

2Set aside. Separate dough in 8 triangles; point toward center in greased 12-inch pizza pan.

3Press bottom and sides to form a crust.

4Press perforations.

5Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash browns and cheese.

6Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture.

7Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
