  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can early peas
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can (large) whole, peeled tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 carrots
  • Tabasco, pepper, salt, paprika and anything else to season to taste

Directions

    Brown ground beef with onions, green pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter.

    Add tomatoes, peas, corn and carrots. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour and season to taste as you go.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
