- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can early peas
- 1 can corn
- 1 can (large) whole, peeled tomatoes
- 2 or 3 carrots
- Tabasco, pepper, salt, paprika and anything else to season to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onions, green pepper and garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter.

2Add tomatoes, peas, corn and carrots. Simmer 1/2 to 1 hour and season to taste as you go.

3Serve over noodles or rice.
