- 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
- 2 c. water (may need to add more)
- 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Pour onion soup mix over meat.

3Add 1 cup water.

4Cover and cook 1 to 2 hours or until tender.

5Add water as needed.

6Thicken gravy with cornstarch mixed in 1/2 cup cold water.

7Good with noodles or mashed potatoes.
