  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. elbow macaroni or rice
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1/2 c . celery
  • 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 can tomatoes or 1/2 c. ketchup

    Combine all of the above ingredients together and cook until browned, then cook macaroni separately.

    Drain and mix with hamburger mixture.

    Simmer about 15 minutes.
