- 2 large rabbits
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 regular bottle red cooking wine
- 2 Tbsp. sweet basil
- 1 Tbsp. ground thyme
- 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1In saucepan, bring to a boil red cooking wine, sweet basil, thyme and clove of garlic (chopped).

2Add cream of mushroom soup to ingredients in baking dish.

3Stir well.

4Add meat.

5Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 325°, basting every 20 minutes.

6Meat will fall apart. Pour gravy over mashed potatoes.

7Side dish is corn-on-the-cob. Serves 6 hungry folks well!
