- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil macaroni until done; drain and set aside.

2Brown ground beef, bell pepper, garlic powder and onion in skillet; drain excess fat.

3Combine meat mixture and macaroni, then add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper.

4Mix well and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

5You may wish to add additional chili powder.
