Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil macaroni until done; drain and set aside.

    Brown ground beef, bell pepper, garlic powder and onion in skillet; drain excess fat.

    Combine meat mixture and macaroni, then add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper.

    Mix well and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

    You may wish to add additional chili powder.
