- 3 c. chopped onion (less if desired)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1 c. sour cream (optional)
- 2 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in large skillet.

2Add meat; brown well.

3Add onion.

4Combine other ingredients (except sour cream).

5Add to meat and onion; cook, covered, until meat is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).

6If desired, add sour cream.

7Serve with parsley buttered noodles.
