- 4 medium chicken breasts, deboned
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 egg, plus 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
Directions

1Remove bones from chicken; pound meat until flat.

2Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3Place cheese in center; fold chicken over cheese.

4Fasten with toothpick.

5Beat egg and water together.

6Dip stuffed chicken in egg mixture, then dip in potato chips (cover well).

7Place in a 375° oven; bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

8(Cover for 30 minutes, then finish cooking, uncovered.)

9Serve over noodles.
